Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This giveaway ("Competition") is organised and operated by Solar Installer List ("the Promoter"), contactable at [email protected].

• The Competition runs on a monthly cycle. Each monthly draw opens at 00:00 GMT on the 1st of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 GMT on the last day of that calendar month (each a "Competition Period").
• Entry into one Competition Period does not constitute entry into any other. You must enter separately each month you wish to participate.
• The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the monthly Competition at any time without prior notice (see section 10).

• To enter, complete the entry form at solarinstallerlist.com/giveaway. No purchase is necessary.
• One entry per person per Competition Period. Each valid entry receives one (1) entry into the draw.
• You must provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and postcode. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Entries submitted using disposable email addresses, automated scripts, or bulk entry methods will be disqualified.

• Each entrant receives a unique referral link. When a new person enters the Competition using your referral link within the same Competition Period, you receive one (1) additional bonus entry.
• A maximum of 10 referral bonus entries may be earned per Competition Period (giving a maximum total of 11 entries per person).
• Referral bonus entries are only valid for the Competition Period in which both the referrer and the referred person enter.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself with a different email address) are prohibited and may result in disqualification of all your entries.

• The winner will be selected by random draw, weighted by total number of entries (including referral bonus entries), on or shortly after the 1st of the month following the Competition Period. The draw is conducted electronically using a cryptographically secure random number generator.
• The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within 14 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same method.
• The first name and approximate location (county or state) of the winner will be made available on request for 12 months after the draw by emailing [email protected].

• Personal data provided on entry will be used to administer this Competition, contact the winner, and deliver the prize.
• Entry data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the administration of the Competition, including CRM and email delivery platforms.
• Where you have given separate consent, your data may also be used to send you information about solar products and services. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• IP addresses are collected for fraud prevention purposes and are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the relevant Competition Period.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for: (a) any technical failures, delays, or errors in connection with the Competition; (b) any damage to or loss of a prize during delivery; (c) any injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the use of a prize; (d) any failure by a winner to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or technical issues.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• The Promoter's total liability in connection with this Competition shall not exceed the retail value of the prize for the relevant Competition Period.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Does not meet the eligibility requirements in section 2
• Submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Tampers with the entry process or attempts to undermine the Competition
• Creates multiple accounts or uses multiple email addresses to gain additional entries
• Engages in any conduct that is contrary to the spirit of the Competition

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform or social media service.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• The Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
