We approached A. R. Waines Electrical with an enquiry relating to installation of a Solar battery Storage System to compliment the Solar Panels already installed on our property when we bought it. Ashley arranged to visit and survey the existing equipment which was installed and produced an extremely competitive quotation. He explained what, in his experience, would provide the most suitable initial installation for us; what this would comprise and how he proposed to install the equipment, within our garage rather than on the outside wall of our property which other providers proposed, providing a more secure installation. From start to finish of the project, Ashley performed diligently and professionally sharing thorough documentation and making himself available to provide answers to any questions we had and dealing with authorities to ensure acceptance of the equipment to enable “feed-in” of surplus generated energy to the grid. He arranged delivery of materials to our address at a time convenient to us, and kept us fully informed of progress, arranging a prompt installation date once materials had arrived. The installation phase was performed efficiently and Ashley dealt with some issues discovered which required a rethink of cable routing professionally resulting in a tidy and neat solution. He explained everything clearly and took us through setting up the control application and configuration which allowed us to understand everything completely. He was also happy to assist with dealing with our Energy Provider to start the process of identifying and arranging a "feed-in" tariff. On completion of the installation, they left our property tidy, even repairing some paving grouting which had been disturbed by the installation of underground cabling, and vacuuming the working areas to remove all debris.
