Aaron and his team have carried out a lot of work at my house and rental cottage. Without fail they have been friendly and professional, their work is neat and tidy, carried out quickly and efficiently. All in all, a pleasure to deal with. I will be using Aaron for all my future work and I recommend his team without hesitation.

I asked these guys to come out and install an outside powerpoint and ended up with an £850 bill. Although they justified the expense by saying they had to install grounding works that were required for them to work on the property, they didn't clear it with me first or tell me how much it would cost. When I queried the cost and expressed my consternation, I just got agressive man-splaining about why it was my problem, not theirs. The work was done on a grade-II listed building, was not sympathatic to the house (wires tacked everywhere), and will have to be re-done in order to be more in keeping with the property. I feel almost sorry for the apprentice that was sent, as he was a good kid, but has obviously been trained to be a bit of a computer-says-no robot, who doesn't understand that 800-year old period properties cannot be treated this way.

Excellent, friendly service. The quotation was detailed and work was carried out exactly as we had discussed and was completed on time and to a high standard.
