Great experience all round. Living on an Island, It can be difficult to get things like this done at times. Nothing was a problem for the guys from Acer. I had inquired about getting solar and received a call back from Greg, while on the phone I had mentioned that I was having trouble getting my heat pump serviced. Within a few days Greg had been over to inspect the heat pump and discuss the solar options and Jonathan had serviced the heat pump. The service was very thorough with a detailed report including photos and at a very reasonable price. I soon had an attractive proposal at a very competitive price for the solar and battery system. I didn't hesitate and the system was installed last week. Very professional workmanship with no disruption. The guys went above and beyond in some challenging weather. Highly recommended.
