Nick installed my Ohme charger today and did a fantastic job. Polite, professional and good workman ship. Checked in with myself at multiple points to make sure I was happy before proceeding to the next step. Once installed, Nick gave me a run through of how to use app and advised best way to use. Thank you Ethan for installing our Hypervolt Home 3 Pro so incredibly and with such care! Ethan has installed our wall charger so well we can barely notice any difference apart from the charger itself! Ethan arrived earlier and we discussed the requirements of preventing battery storage drain and the cable run. He then worked with such care to hide as much of the installation and SPD inside a tricky little storage area away from view, the trunking and cable run through a secondary room and outside underneath our porch door and asked us exactly where we could potentially have the charger and holster on the wall. He navigated us through the app and doing a test charge which had no hitches. We have had absolutely zero issues and we can even monitor our home usage through the Hypervolt app. Ethan also cleared the working area for us. We are very grateful to Ethan as we were worried about our installation but fear not. Wish there were more Ethan's. Absolutely amazing! Legend! Thank you Aero EV! Will be recommending no doubt!
