Amazing how awful this company is, which is part of Ampion so buyer beware. The cost of the services are double what I normally paid for energy at more than 800 a month. Highway robbery they hire sales people who are either not educated in the product or are trained to be ambiguous about the truth of how the account works. I had been on a payment plan and then with skyrocketing costs of their wonderful energy it got worse. Without any benefit of green energy savings it was a nightmare. Then there is the problem of the contract, good luck with getting out of it. I would avoid Ampion and Agilitas at all costs they are a scam which has been a horrible to deal with. Good luck reaching anyone to talk with there. You call and need to leave a voice mail not a professional organization. I am reporting to the Attorney General and I have found since then a lot of other people as well.
