We had a great experience with Oliver and his team. Our project had some specific requirements about the maximum size of the indoor unit we could have, based on clearance of a nearby door and wanted a multi-split unit so we could have one outdoor unit rather than multiple. Due to how much sun our extension gets and a lot of glass, any air con system needed decent capacity and the limited size of unit that would fit would definitely have an impact on the temperature and cool it, but not make it completely ice cold on a very hot day. Oliver gave a good and realistic assessment of the cooling requirement of the space and was realistic about what level of cooling we could expect on a hot day (with the limitations we had given based on where we wanted the unit to be). We had two other companies come to quote who said it would be more than enough to keep the space completely ice cold with the same size or even smaller a unit. Having been through a pretty hot summer, Oliver was absolutely right with his explaination of what to expect and we'd have been completely mislead by the other companies if we'd have used them. The system Oliver installed works well, was installed well and they were clean, tidy and considerate on site. I'd definitely recommend Oliver to anyone looking for a good, reliable air con installation and would definitely have him back if we need any further work.

We are very impressed with the team, from fast and friendly response to our initial enquiry through to efficient installation. They arrived on time and worked solidly for two days to fit our 5 units with 2 external heat exchangers. Throughout they were respectful of property, worked tidily and cleaned up after. There was no need for any making good of walls. We are very happy!
