I will be more than happy to withdraw this 1-star review if the battery back-up left in my basement ever gets installed as per our contract. My solar panels, part of the same contract, was installed December, 2022. Brian, please, please, please complete the work. Our well water does not work when the power is out. We've already had to leave the home for outages over the period of time we have been waiting. I have been told "soon" a dozen times. I know you lost installers due to a business split, but Derrick Cagne, who also is not returning phone calls and is having similar email bouncebacks, said it would be you yourself to come out and do the install. I really have tried to be nice to you and Derrick. I hate given you a bad review, but I don't know what else I can do to get you to respond. The battery is still in the basement. The wall has been modified for out. Your team got rid of an outlet in the partial work a year ago. Just waiting..... Lee
This was my initial review with 5 stars: Overall a positive experience despite some delays due to COVID. Customer service was very good, Brian's team is excellent. Also, if you have a question or issue after installation, Brian, the owner, is responsive. However, I am now saying this company deserves only one star. I have been trying for months to have an invertor fixed on one of my panels for months, but Brian and his team have been ghosting me, even after I called Enphase, had them send me the replacement inverter directly (it's sitting in my garage), and gathered the needed paperwork for Brian and his team to get reimbursed. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have encountered: not even a call back to say we're busy, sorry. I'm really at a loss. I wish I had gone with a different contractor. Not only have I lost out on months of solar generation, but the time and frustration trying to get his panel fixed has been enormous. Brian, I do believe you're a good guy, but your business practices and customer service are awful.

We gave 1/3 of the cost for solar panels with installstion ($6,000) in September 2023 with the promise of installation by late November. We've had numerous communications with them and still nothing! Beware of this company! Seniors taken by a scammer!
Contract signed, money dispersed, and work started over a year ago for Solar install, panel upgrade, and heat pump installation. Solar panels are on the roof, and that's about it. Panel upgrade has not been completed fully. Per CMP- necessary documents required for an electrician to upgrade our service from 100 amp to 200 amp have not even been filed for our address, despite Brian alleging the work is complete. Heat pumps are not installed or functional although random parts are sitting in our yard and basement. Brian alleges a subcontractor 'took his money and ran' and he cannot find anyone else to do the work. Communication, when we do get any email reply, has been nothing but excuses and lies. This has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. At this time there is no plan to complete our project- Brian has been paid in full and is in breach of our contract. We simply want what we have paid for and agreed to and have lost faith this will happen. Hours of our time spent attempting to manage this project is time and money we will never recoup. Use a reputable company that has the ability to manage a project and avoid ALL Solar Energy at all cost.
My system was installed over a year ago and is performing well. Brian was very good in designing the system and making field determined modifications that added to the production of KWH and had little impact ( other than materials) on the overall cost of the system. Brian's knowledge and that of his team was exceptional.
