Great job with installation at a fair price. However, if you ever need service, there is a $600+ fee to get them to come to your house, half of which you pay when you schedule the service even though the earliest they could visit the site was two months out. So no solar production for two months. The technician visited the house and diagnosed the problem as a bad fuse, changed it, was gone in 15 minutes and charged me the balance of the $600 service call fee. Looking for support from another company with a better service program. Also they have a finder fee if you recommend them to someone who purchases a system from them. I recommended them to a friend who got an estimate for a system installed. He signed up for the installation but the folks we came to install it wanted to charge another $1000 beyond the estimate. He sent them home and bought from another installer. UP DATE: I did have an issue and the Apex tech was very helpful with emailed assistance at no charge.

Apex was wonderful to work with They replaced our 48 panels, were on time, hard working, courteous continually kept us updated on every step. I highly recommend Apex!

The folks at Apex have been extremely helpful right from our first consideration of installing a PV Solar system. A moderate amount of paperwork was involved for a variety of project aspects (including system analysis/needs/system design, NYS permits, financial details), as well as the physical installation of the system. Under the direction of a project manager, our system was designed and built. The actual physical system was installed in a single day. We went online in July 2016 and have had our electric bills significantly reduced since that time. Apex and it's employers were very easy to work with and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors who are considering to install a solar system.
