I cannot say enough about Apollo Solar. They installed solar panels to supplement our existing solar panel array. From the first encounter to the final switching on of our system, they provided incredible service. Communication was outstanding. When I called or emailed questions, I got an immediate and thoughtful response. I was kept informed about the progress on the installation every step of the way. The Apollo staff made sure to expedite the installation so that I was able to take advantage of tax credits. I had difficulties with Xcel billing for the system installed previously and Collin and Chris went above and beyond to help me sort out the billing problems even though this was unrelated to their installation. The onboarding process was seamless, and I was provided with all the information needed to switch on the monitoring system. In sum, our experience with Apollo has not only been positive, but it has also been the best service experience we have had with any contractor with whom we have done business- ever! I highly recommend Apollo to anyone contemplating a solar installation.
What a great company! I work for a B-corp certified corporation, so I know it's not easy to get that designation. The team was amazing! My installation occurred over the December holiday season. The bank needed my tax document, which I had not received. Everyone at the company was on vacation. The CEO himself hopped in to get me what I needed. Props to the entire Apollo Energy crew! I wouldn't have solar if it wasn't for each and every person who worked to get it setup for me. Thanks again!

TL/DR: Apollo did an amazing job at every step in the process. A special shout out to our install team, Chase, Dakoda, and Greg. Apollo was easy to work with, upfront, and punctual. The design process was easy enough, pricing is good, and they held to the timetable. Where I am really impressed is with the installation team. I had a very demanding and specific request with final look of the installation. Chase walked me through the challenges, but ultimately made it work. The technical difficulties required some extra work on the part of the install team, but they got it done!! The job passed the building inspection without any hiccups. I’m excited to live a greener lifestyle with the help of Apollo.
The team at Apollo is excellent! From the in home visit to turn on of the system, they were courteous, friendly, and helpful. They answered all our questions promptly and kept us informed of next steps proactively. A real pleasure to work with and highly recommended for your solar project.
I can’t speak highly enough of Apollo Solar Energy. They did a fantastic job. I had a special situation and they went out of their way to accommodate my request. Moreover, the crew that did my installation was as polite, friendly and professional as can be! On time as scheduled. The job was done right the first time and at a very fair price. The crew respected my property and cleaned up after themselves completely. They even hauled away the packing and pallets that my system arrived on. My solar powered heat pump works as expected. I'm so happy! Couldn't ask for a better experience. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
