We purchased back and front doors & 6 windows from Arctic. Rex was the salesman who was amazing in explaining the types of windows and doors to us to go ahead with the order. Dale & John were the fitters who came and fitted everything to such a high standard and both took 100% pride in their work. I can't thank them enough for the excellent work they done. They tided up as they went along leaving everywhere clean & tidy. Michael was the office manager who dealt with us and he is a 100% a customer focused manager who goes out his way to make sure that you are happy with the work We would Highly recommend Arctic to Anyone thinking about having windows or doors. We recently had our windows replaced by Arctic home improvements. That provided us with a first class job carried out by first class sales people and tradesmen.. There rates where as comparable as any window company, they done what they said they would do and we where delighted with the finished job.

Calvin visited us first and explained everything in a no nonsense professional manner that answered all our questions and left us feeling confident we had chose the right firm. It was actually like having a friend visit. Kenny then arranged the logistics and kept us informed on the progress and Andrew and Dimer have now just departed after fitting out windows to an impeccable standard.
