Lucy assisted with my installation from the initial consultation to final handover and followed up with an aftercare call and assistance thereafter with the MPAN export application. I found Lucy, extremely professional and knowledgeable to assist with the reviewing of my previous quotation, she gave me an alternative solutions tailored to my specific requirements such as a flat roof installation with optimisers and heated storage battery. The installation team were a team of 5 and this was installed and commissioned in one day. This company is highly recommended. It is easy to fall foul of cheaper all-in packages, as advertised on social media and exhibitions. You’re definitely in safe hands with Array Electrics. Firstly amazing team, I initial went with eon solar but needed a more competitive system. I would have paid a hell of a lot more just because of the personal treatment, professionalism and courtesy of the team. Strong communication on site and off, phenomenal designs and recommendations as well as I know that if there were maintenance scenarios they would follow it up. The hard part of navigating the building to install the solar was managed seamlessly as well as the walk through of the app. As a customer that is picky, annoying and particular they provided no irks or issues. If they had a carpenter as well I would probably be trying to add an impossible 6 stars. Thanks, Mike
