Got the new Emerald 270l E model installed by the Team at Australian Energy Upgrades. Outstanding customer service, Excellent and experienced sales team Chris and Charlie were just great throughout the process. Installers Brock and Tim 5 starts to you gentleman much appreciated got everything done on the double and as I had requested to the smallest detail. Unit is working and water is steaming. While browsing the net, I came across Australian Energy Upgrades from North Geelong. After filling the online form with photos, floor plan, electricity bill, etc, Joe Argus from Sales called the very next day. He was very pleasant & polite with excellent knowledge of Midea products & installation. I got a competitive quote for 18kw Out Door Unit (ODU) & 06 Indoor Units (IDU) (5kW + 3.5kW + 2.5kW +2.5kW + 2.5kW + 2.5kW). I asked Joe some hard questions which he answered factually in a calm manner. He listened carefully to my concerns to ensure that every aspect of the installation would go smoothly. I was happy with his honest replies & decided to go with AEU. He went the extra mile & promised to expedite the installation day to be two weeks later ! Jomar Estoperez from AEU later submitted the Scope Of Work document which included proposed location of IDUs exactly as we planned. The installation team led by Sam Binion together with Rowan, Jayden, Brock & Bailey arrived right on time in two vans as promised at 0700 hrs. They worked tirelessly as a team like clockwork in hot weather (35C) barely taking a break in their endeavour to accomplish the job. Knowing that I was particular about cleanliness & tidiness, Sam & his team took care they cleaned up before leaving the premises after completion. The cabling materials which included good quality downpipes added a touch of class to the whole installation. Sam made sure that I was completely satisfied with the results. His attention to detail and genuine care for my needs made the entire process stress-free and so pleasant. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart from the others. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, efficient and tailored to my needs - and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience ! I would therefore highly recommend Australian Energy Upgrades & Sam for Midea Multi Split Reverse aircon system which is far superior to my old gas ducted system. Despite Midea being a far more powerful system with individual room usage, it uses much less energy overall. A big thank you to the whole team from a retired pensioner !!
