I highly recommend Avid for your solar install. I obtained four quotes; Avid's was very competitive. Plus, the information provided by Kenan and John was clear, helpful and not at all 'pushy'. The install was completed in around 6 hours thanks to an excellent and efficient team, led by Kenan.
From the first day of contact we have had exceptional service from Avid Solar. The quotation process and subsequent questions were handled promptly with all the information we needed. We were kept informed throughout the process until installation, and timelines given were exact. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. Follow up service and the inspection were prompt. The entire team were professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. Most importantly only a week after installation the system is working perfectly and we can already see the massive benefits of having solar. AVID Solar did a fantastic job installing a large system for me — a 20 kW 3-phase inverter with an 8 kWh battery and 22.5 kW of panels. From start to finish, they were professional, answered all my questions knowledgeably, and gave excellent advice. The installation was completed quickly and without any issues, and everything was left clean and tidy. What impressed me most was their integrity throughout the whole process, which speaks volumes.
