I had a fantastic experience getting my home solar system installed! From start to finish, Paul and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Paul took the time to explain the entire process, answer all my questions, and made sure everything was set up the way we wanted. The installation was completed ahead of schedule, the workmanship was top-notch, and the system is running as expected. We have recently used Bailey Electrical to supply and install a solar panel system on our bungalow. From the initial contact they have been excellent, Paul came and carried out a site visit and fully explained what we would require and was patient with us while we sorted out a final location for the battery. At no time were we put under any pressure to sign up there and then we had plenty of time to decide if it was right for us. Once we had asked Paul to go ahead it was a very straightforward process the install was carried out very professionally Paul and Sam were very tidy and kept us informed of any issues and where they needed to place the various electrical elements within our property. Once the install was complete Paul explained the system in detail and assisted with setting up the app to monitor the system. He was very quick and detailed with the required paperwork we needed to set up the FIT payments. I feel confident that should we need assistance in the future with any aspects of the system Paul and his team will be on hand to help. Overall we are extremely happy with the install and are very glad that we chose Paul and his team I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
