First of all, the electrician came with an apprentice, they took 6+ hours to change 2 light fittings and 3 smart switches, one of the switches goodness knows what they did but it did not work and they damaged the face plate. I was told they would replace it I have been waiting since 30 August when they damages it, inspire of numerous emails, I am still waiting. I also had the privelage of paying to put back the original switches, after they messed up the smart switch. I also had an outside socket fitted. Ost of the work was satisfactory, however, the faults listed above took them 3 hours, and the fact I am still waiting on the dated part, is unacceptable .

We have used this company more than a few times over the last year and would personally recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge and experience as Matthew and his team have given us the best quality service every time. They fitted fantastic outside lights and installed security lighting around my home. Recently had an electrical emergency which was due to water leak and was just amazed how Matthew sorted everything out, so this company is the first one to call.

Just used their services few days ago. Their technique supervisor is always lying, at the beginning the quote was 3000, and then after they visited me and drained holes on my ceiling, (he told me if I don't want to proceed they will 'only' charge me 1300 for draining holes in my ceiling for investigation). Then after I agree to proceed, the quote was increased to 5000. For EICR report rewire and changing fuse board.(one bedroom flat). David said he is an electrician, so he couldn't do the decorations after he left holes on the ceiling. Then he gave me the quote of 200 for decoration that they will find someone to paint for me. It was ok. SO I paid the deposit to proceed. Then after he complete the job, he said my fan was broken, and he needs to replace it.Then my final payment, he said the decoration will be 400 if I ask for decoration only. They will offer me 100 discount for painting and replacing fan all together. So I complain to their office, their operation team manager Laura said David was not lying as I did not accept his quote. Also David is a good painter and he can do the decoration job properly., and he did his job perfectly in 2.5 days (which was supposed to do 5days at the beginning). I truly doubted how can you do a project in a shorter time pf period while you are telling me it will be more expensive and more difficult to do. Also they are playing around with words. OK. David just called me back, and said 200 decoration quote was for the holds he planned. and then he drilled more holes and for more difficult works, the price is doubled. Just wondering, at the beginning you told me it would be 15holes in my ceiling, and at the final you drilled 30holes in my ceiling??? ridiculous! You only drilled holes in my hallway and bedroom, one hole in the reception room, how dare you doubled the price?! Thank you for left so 11 holes for me!(original planned 15 holes) Nice work! Local electrician! Then I complaint to the office, the operation manager Laura told me David is not lyingThe whole company is full of swindler, very interesting. Hope you can do a better business in the future!!!!
