J Taylor came down the week before work started to check everything out and that there where no problems, (a very helpful fella and very knowledgeable about the products also mentioned that if there was any probs to ring him) John said scaffolding men would be down at 08.00 on the Tuesday, bang on 08.00 there they were, great bunch of fellas very friendly, on the Wednesday morning at 08.00 the fitters arrived everyone got on with there bit, they had the panels up in no time then it was down to the leccy man Sam, he was left on his own to finish and explain about the app, when Sam finished he came down to us (as most of the time he was in the loft where a the technical bits are) he explained the app showing us what to do and how to read the app, electrician Sam said any problems just ring him no problems though, 😊 all in all a great friendly bunch of lad's and polite. A day later one of the men turned up with 2 roof tiles and said they had cracked 2 tiles and he had come to replace them (we didn't know any where damaged) so a very honest company, the costs were very good compared to a company that came around a few weeks before, I would certainly recommend this company to friends I've even got back to them for more work and will get my electric car charger system put in by them.
