Well, they came well recommended and all I wanted was a service and a battery install to an existing system. I received an email saying they were too busy to take on any new customers. To be fair, this is not a review of their work, just a recommendation that you don’t waste your time making an enquiry to be told the same. Perhaps something on their site might be helpful…but all I saw was “What sets us apart from other local electricians and electrical contractors, is that we have a vision to deliver our services” The irony….😂😂 Interesting business strategy. Personally a less binary response might have been nice, or a referral to another provider, but no. Anyway. In summary, they’re too busy.

We used Bison for the electrics in our new extension they were happy to do this in two stages to fit in with the building work. It was carried out efficiently, the work was neat, the staff polite and helpful, I will be happy to use them again soon when our new garden room is ready for wiring. I would definitely recommend this company.
Got in touch with Bison for a local EV Charger Installation - service was excellent throughout. Breaker extension in existing Consumer Unit to a new 2-way board and cable through external wall to charger. Installed and commissioned in a day with notification to the DNO (UKPN) and update to Part P documentation all included. Really professional, everything done by the book and would not hesitate to recommend.
Very efficient and friendly done a brilliant job of our lights a d switches. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
