My contractor arrived on time because I request someone before 10 am. Marin introduced himself and showed his badge. He was very courteous, pleasant and remain professionally throughout the visit. He helped me to remove a couple of boxes that was blocking the door to reach the fuse box. When he saw the stage of the cupboard I believe his thoughts were, will I finished this job to make it to the other jobs on time 🤔. However, he enquired if he could helped me remove some of the items, which I was grateful because I struggles with osteoarthritis in my hip and wasn't feeling up to removing anything. He explained what he came to do, what he will be checking, and that the power will be off for about 10 -15 minutes. Marin was thorough with the job, his demeanor was pleasant, kind, helpful, and he goes above and beyond in his duties. He tidied up, and booked another appointment to have additional work done 👏🏾 . I thoroughly enjoyed his presence and feel safe with him around. 10/10 would recommend him and East West Connect Ltd
