I'd done quite a bit of research about solar and when I mentioned this to a friend, he recommended Entire Renewables to me after they had installed on his house. I requested a quote and got a detailed document a day or two later at a price that was very competitive. I asked for a callout and Glynn visited to have a closer inspection and answer questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to push the sale at all. The panels in the quote and battery were both highly rated in reviews (Aiko Neostar & SigEnergy battery) and so they weren't cutting costs on this. I had a similar quote from Solar Together, but their battery and panels were both a lower spec. I accepted the offer and Bev submitted the G99 application (to export more than the default) and this was the only slow bit. Electricity North West ended up taking about 3 months to complete their part (Which is no fault of Entire Renewables) and the fitting was scheduled in for 2 weeks later. The scaffolding was up the day before and removed 2 days later and the guys doing the install completed the job in a day, with the electrics done tidily with Adam and the guys being very friendly too. There were a couple of tiles that were broken as part of the installation process, but they came back to re-fit replacements and didn't want to take any payment until the whole process was complete. The moment that I'd made the payment, Bev sent through the documents I needed to apply for an export tariff (even though it was in the late evening). I'm about 2 months on and everything has been going well so far. I've been checking on the solar production and battery AI functionality on a daily basis and am looking forward to seeing the change as we move from Winter to Summer. Overall, they were a great choice from start to finish and ticked the boxes at every stage. So thanks again to Bev, Glynn, Adam and the team for an install that I am very happy with.

Even though there was a little tidying up needed after the first day, they came back the very next morning to finish everything perfectly. I sincerely want to thank Bev, Glen, Adam and the entire installation team. They were patient, polite and professional throughout, turning what started as a confusing project into a perfect outcome. I had a very pleasant experience with Entire Renewables installing a Solar PV and battery system in my home. Bev was responsive to my email enquiries, and Glynn visited the property to assess the environment and planned the solar panel placement with great efficiency. All members of the installation team were polite and carried out their work with care and attention to detail. Bev provided us with a very reasonable quote. Due to the shape of our roof, one solar panel couldn’t be fitted, and Bev fairly adjusted the price using a transparent formula. When Adam, the electrician, required an extra day to complete the job, Bev did not charge any additional labour fees—the original price was honoured. The solar system has been working perfectly. My electricity meter has barely moved! On sunny days, the panels generate more power than I need, and I get paid for exporting the surplus to the grid. I’ve also switched to a smart tariff, allowing me to charge the battery during off-peak hours and use it during peak times to maximise savings. I’m very glad I had the solar and battery system installed. I highly recommend Entire Renewables for their excellent service and professionalism.
