James Seddon helped me out of a bad situation when my original installer was ghosting me over replacing a broken part of the solar array he had installed in 2018. I called JSeddon and they came out quickly to assess the work that needed to be done and explained everything they would do. They fixed a date to do the work within a fortnight and did all the work cleanly and tidily on the date James had said. Couldn't ask for anything better. I even managed to get a small claims judgement against my original installer, who was ghosting me, so I didn't lose any money by having to pay James Seddon out of my own pocket ( although the small claims procedure took 3 months ).
