I have been deligthed with the service I received from this company. After ringing multiple plumbers, and my insurance failing to find someone for us after a boiler break down on Boxing day, Dave was very responsive and sent us an engineer within 30 minutes. A part had to be bought which couldn't be sorted straigh away but Dave kept in touch regularly over the weekend, helping us have some heating and answering any questions. The repair was completed in the time expected, Highly recommended.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending 1st Call Gas Services Limited. My 84 year old mum’s boiler had broken down during a recent spell of very cold weather. I contacted 1st Call who immediately understood mum’s vulnerability and acted incredibly quickly firstly in giving a second opinion on the condition of the boiler and secondly in installing a new boiler and flue. 1st call is a company offering professional service. We have them install our new boiler. It was done within one day, and they came on time on the day. They went straight to work and didn't waste any time. After installing the boiler, we then found other old issues that were linked to other old parts of the water tank. We called them and they immediately arranged an engineer to come and check. They are really professional and efficient. We highly recommend this company. They are so professional.
