Astra Solar was really great to work with. Their quote was the lowest I found anywhere in Canada and there were no surprises or add ons later. Riley, who runs the business, has been doing this for around ten years and it shows. He knows the work inside out and answers emails and messages right away. No upselling, no pressure, no pretending to be my best friend. He only reached out when he actually needed something from me. Showed up on the exact days and times promised and finished the install without any fuss. If you want a straightforward company that just does the job properly, Astra Solar is worth it. And honestly, theirs was the best rate that I got for a 7.2kW system.
Riley and the team at Astra Solar were absolutely amazing to work with! Riley was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us navigate the process of installing a 10kW solar system. He explained a number of factors I hadn't even considered during my own research, which was incredibly helpful. The installation was super quick, and the system blends in perfectly with our roof. Riley personally oversaw the project from start to finish, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be calling him again when we're ready to upgrade to a 20kW system. I was interested in having solar installed on my residence for a few years now so I contacted Riley at Astra Solar with many questions about the process and benefits. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional in my dealings with him. He walked me through the entire process including the home energy evaluation and permit application. The install was flawless and he was on site for entire project including final inspection. We decided on a 7.12 kilowatt system, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The panels look sharp, and attention to detail gives the entire system a clean look. I would highly recommend using his services if you are considering a solar system in your future.
The owner Riley at Astra Solar was very knowledgeable about his products. Easy to work with. I think the job he did was excellent. When I had questions a simple call or text and he would answer right away. Would definitely recommend him for other installations. Riley did an amazing job from start to finish teaching, modeling and installing our solar system.
