Really impressed with Blue Ape Renewables. After struggling to get a quick installation date elsewhere, they stepped in and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. From the first phone call, Craig was clear and helpful—he took the time to explain how the Zappi charger works with Octopus tariffs, and also talked me through the updates they’d be making to the consumer unit, which I appreciated. The installation was completed in just a few hours. Phil did a great job—neat, tidy, and clearly knew what he was doing. At the end of the job, he talked me through everything he’d done, explained how the charger worked, and made sure I was happy before leaving. That level of care makes a big difference. The team were really flexible around my schedule and needs, and it was a nice bonus to watch them film the install and put it on their channel after. Before I contacted Blue Ape, I watched some of their videos, and it built a sense of trust with the amount of knowledge they have. I would recommend Blue Ape for anyone needing and EV charger.

We've recently had 9 solar panels and a battery installed by Blue Ape and we are so happy with everything! We had an unusual roof configuration that another supplier was unable to work around but it was no issue here. From first enquiry to the follow up support from Emily it's been an excellent experience. The team that came out to install were great, respectful and left everything tidy and the panels and battery install/positions look better than expected. Would highly recommend them!
