I made an appointment this week Monday and was told someone would contact us before they arrive as we all work, nobody bothered and they turned up the same day expecting someone to be home (We all work fulltime), this professional then from 20ft under the windows and outside closed the job saying there is nothing wrong with the windows???? Obviously this gentlemen should be in the X-Men as he has the ability to self portal himself into my house and inspect the windows internal so he is being vastly underpaid and quite frankly should be given a cape so he can do the world some good trying to defeat evil. Anyway, so after this i had to ring and book again Yesterday 12/11 and was told the same, someone would contact us before they arrive, this morning at 9.15am my wife is leaving for work and to her shock someone turned up to look at the windows, no call, nothing. I now just rang Leeds services to ask what is happening with a job that should have been done in 5 days to be told the quickest i can get an appointment that works for us is 15th December. It feels like unless you unemployed and sat at home watching daytime TV you just cant seem to get a quick appointment.
Shocking poor company. Customer service is terrible. Planning team don’t have a clue what they are doing. Twice now I’ve had a shower install booked in and twice now the jobs not gone ahead due to the sheer incompetence of this company and its staff

I have been waiting at home for over two hours for a job that was scheduled for 12pm and supposed to take four hours. No one has arrived, and I’ve had no communication. This level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, some staff I’ve dealt with have shown a complete lack of manners or professionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would — unfortunately, one is the lowest available. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience.
Adapted bathroom fitted, All i have is praise, "the team" yes! team,Electrision. Plumber, tiler,plasterer, flooring,painter. All were on time,polite, cleaned as they went along.Experienced in there job.The project manager is excellent. Thank you adaptions team leeds building services. 👍you should be so proud.
The team of workers are very daring and they, they don't like to work, because they mask the time and then the time comes that they want after they only knock on the door once and leave saying that the person was not at home. as they work for the government they don't want to do anything. so they leave work for others. What they need. Council has to take action on their workers, phone confirmations and subscriptions of the service done or not is questionary for customers to respond at the time. another measure when the service is time consuming workers have to call the customer and confirm the right time and give waiting time 10 to 15 minutes.
