RVC Electrical Limited – Electrical Contracting in West Yorkshire

My guaranteed Solar inverter (supplied and fitted by another company, that is no longer trading) failed over the Christmas period. After searching and seeing RVC's 5 star reviews, I contacted Rob via email. He answered immediately even though he was abroad with a -4 hour time difference at the time. After a couple of emails discussing the situation he promised to get in touch once he was home. He was true to his word. We arranged a visit and for him to aquire and bring a replacement unit. He arrived as planned and completed the replacement of the unit. He had to spend a very long time on the phone with the manufacturer, who wanted various tests and photographic evidence, all the time he was pleasant, calm, professional and reassuring. The unit is now fitted and working. I would highly recommend Rob/RVC. They were prompt, professional, communcated very well and true to their word. I certainly would not hesitate to use their services again.
