Really nice lads, Ste & Danny, so accommodating & friendly. Total Northern humour. I was told couldn’t have dogs in the house & I couldn’t put in the car as minus 1, they were crated & infact they came to say “hello & goodbye” to them. I was so worried that they’d say “No” but they were fantastic! Were here just before 8, I wasn’t ready but didn’t make me feel bad & were discreet, just cracked on. Boiler installed so quickly, neatly & efficiently, informed me of all I needed to know, & bless them even mended my door the boiler is housed in. Great Company & couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank You.
Had my boiler fitted yesterday by Steven & Danny. Very happy and no complaints at all. Speedy and professional. Cleaned up to a very high standard and explained everything clearly. Also fixed my tap which was leaking, nothing to do with the boiler, just fixed it without me asking. 100% recommend. Great guys, good fun, couldnt ask for anything more. Sara

New combi boiler refitted by Steven today. I can't thank him enough, went way above and beyond. Tho there was some issues, he stayed with us til it was sorted. He was caring and understanding. I am so grateful to him. We have been weeks without gas and electric. Job well done.
Terrible company. They installed an air source heat pump and solar panels almost 2 years ago my roof has leaked since the solar panels were put in place, my first attempt to call them out to rectify the issue since everything was under warranty resulted in my placing at least 5 calls and sending in a video at their request of the water coming through my roof then through the kitchen and hallway ceilings. Eventually I got them to agree to coming out to sort the issue out, it appears that the repair they did only was a bodge fix I have since at my own expense called a roofer out because yet again I have water coming into the house and this company do not return my calls about the issues I have. The roofer I employed( even though this is still covered by Southern rings insurance policy) has removed and replaced a tile that was completely cracked in half then filled with silicone by the previous person sent by this company to do a" repair " . Insurance with this company is not worth the paper its written on they simply want the money for the work then want nothing more to do with the customer when there are any issues. My advice is look elsewhere.
Avoid these cowboys at all expense. If your work is being funded for free ask for another installer. The staff urinate in your garden, smash light fittings and wrap them in tape, cut cables and leave them for months , never provide electric safety certificates, fail to inform power networks of solar panels installed so you can’t claim for a rebate, then continue to not provide the paperwork, stain your walls and carpets. Install panels on your neighbours roof also. Damage your your washing line and leaves the scaffolding unsafe / back door blocked See the photos for yourself
