I can’t speak highly enough of AB - right through from initial consultation to installation, servicing and repairs, our experience is that everyone in the team truly knows their stuff and takes the time needed to do a first class job every time. As a family run business they are big enough to have all the skills and small enough to genuinely know their customers and care about the work they do. Our job was replacing an old biomass boiler for a new one - we felt informed and in control at each step and the job was completed on time and on budget.

We have been using ABEnergy to service our biomass boiler for a few years and have been delighted by their efficiency and friendliness. We have also had reason to call them on out a couple of occasions for 'emergencies' and, again, we can't fault their prompt and effective help. Top company.

Fantastic company, been struggling with our biomass boiler from the day it was put in over 10 years ago, the final straw was when the meters went blank and after one year of chasing up our previous engineers in Glasgow (who had no idea how to replace them) we eventually contacted AB energy and within one month they had meters and RHI payments all sorted as well as the boiler running without stopping every other week and far more efficiently too! We are in south west Scotland and their response time is excellent as well as phone support.
