Terrible service, awful comms. Wouldn’t touch them again. Insisted on 100% payment up front, took ages to actually schedule in the work, finally got it booked in over a weekend, then they just didn’t turn up. No contact at all. Finally heard late Saturday they’d be here Sunday am. And again, no show. We’ve planned an entire kitchen install around this date and now we’re having a replan everything at the last second and rearrange trades etc because they can’t do what they’ve been paid to do, or even tell us they’re not coming. Absolute joke of a company.
Avoid! Poor and rude communications . Feels like a complete scam! Paid over £200+ for a MVHR service + filter replacement. Dust gathered around the outlet right after a week. Have to get another company over.

AVOID!! Very poor service, pay £100s to have vents dusted and be told to change your filters. They don’t actually Service the System just tell you what the MVHR already tells you. Total waste of money. Rude staff automatically booked me in for a Service when I didn’t even want one. Asked for it to be cancelled and then received hate mail.
Exceptional service from ADM Systems. Communication throughout was second to none and I loved the little touches such as acknowledging safe receipt of payment, checking that the date they proposed to carry out the maintenance was suitable and call from Tom the Engineer the evening before to check that the time he was arriving was suitable. Tom was great, super professional, gave fantastic advice for our MVHR and his work was spotless. Thank you so much - will most definitely be using your services again.
First class outfit. Attentive service - and smart solutions created from years of experience in the industry. ADM managed to retrofit a heat recovery system into our property - with no visible ducting. We would not be without our MVHR now - we love it.
